Refund policy

Our exchange policy only complies with faulty delivered items and exchanges for incorrect sizes. We exchange any Sunflower purchase as long as it is within seven days of receiving the product. This policy does, however, entirely rely on stock availability through our online store and not on sales items.

EASY EXCHANGE:
Items should be returned unused and still have the labels and tags in their original state. Pack your return securely in the original package & courier the parcel back to us after talking to our customer care services.
